You can cancel your car shipping order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Here is exactly how Web Auto Transport's cancellation and refund policy works.


Our Policy in Plain English

Before dispatch: Cancel any time for a 100% full refund. No questions asked. No cancellation fees.

After dispatch (carrier assigned), before pickup: A cancellation fee may apply to compensate the carrier for scheduling time. We will explain the amount before confirming your cancellation.

After pickup (vehicle in transit): Cancellation is not possible once your vehicle is loaded on the carrier. Delivery must be completed.


What "Dispatch" Means

Dispatch is the moment we officially assign your shipment to a specific, confirmed carrier. You receive a dispatch notification by email and text with the carrier's name, DOT number, and pickup window. Before that notification, you are in the pre-dispatch window and can cancel for a full refund at any time.


How to Cancel

To be valid, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@webautotransport.com Web Auto Transport will not accept cancellation requests made via telephone, text, LiveChat, or any other medium. Have your order number ready. We process cancellations quickly, usually within the same business day.


Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by email as soon as the refund is initiated.


If We Cannot Dispatch Your Vehicle

In the rare case that we are unable to find a suitable carrier for your shipment, we will cancel the order automatically and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly and given the option to rebook at updated market pricing.

Q: Can I cancel if my moving plans change at the last minute?

Yes. As long as dispatch has not occurred, cancel at any time for a full refund. We understand that life is unpredictable.

Once your vehicle is in transit, the transport is underway and cancellation is not possible. Delivery must be completed. If there is an issue, contact us and we will help find the best resolution.
