Q&A

Q: Can the employee book directly, or does everything go through HR?

Either works. Corporate accounts can be structured so employees book independently (using a company code for discounts and consolidated billing) or so HR/relocation coordinators manage all bookings centrally.

Q: What if an employee's move date changes?

Pre-dispatch changes are free. We handle date and address changes quickly as long as a carrier hasn't been dispatched yet. For post-dispatch changes, we work with the carrier to accommodate where possible.

Q: Do you ship internationally for global relocation programs?

We handle domestic 48-state transport. For global relocation, we can coordinate domestic transport to the U.S. port of departure and work with your international freight partner from there.

Q: Can you accommodate multiple employees relocating to the same city simultaneously?
