The Official Policy

You may pack up to 100 lbs of personal belongings in the trunk or rear cargo area of your vehicle at no additional charge.

Items must be:

  • Packed in the trunk or cargo area only (not the back seat or front seat)
  • Secured and unable to shift during transport
  • Below window level so they don't block the driver's line of sight
  • Non-hazardous and non-fragile

  • Soft bags and duffel bags of clothing
  • Bedding and linens
  • Books and small household goods
  • Gym gear
  • Non-fragile boxed items

What You CANNOT Pack

Prohibited Items Reason

Important: Personal Items Are NOT Insured

The carrier's cargo insurance covers your vehicle only, not personal belongings inside it. If a bag is damaged or goes missing during transport, you have no claim under the carrier's policy.
